Warembo Forum and new constitution

Being a part and member of Tanzania women and constitution  coalition Warembo Forum is now in the process of conducting the workshop to empower female sex workers on     Gender based violence/ sexual violence and  constitution issues especially the women issues in general that where recommended by the coalition to be in the new constitution .The workshop is mostly  focuses  female sex workers who are committee members of constitution at the ward level.This will enable them to use the opportunity to identify their needs /issues which are  not included in the 1st draft also to allow them to network closely and build a strong movement  with other women members of the committee and others .The workshop will be held on 15th to 16th August 2013 and funded by Women Fund Tanzania (WFT) which is also hosting the women and constitution coalition.The workshop is targeting female sex workers in Dar es salaam particularly Temeke Municipality.
